mySupermarket.com
I think I have one of the smartest husbands in the world when it comes to shopping. I have never met a man quite like him. He knows which store offers the cheapest price for specific grocery items. I often hear him say, “In Asda the pasta is cheaper. In Lidle the juice is cheaper. In Sainsbury, the rice is better.” and things like that. In that case we go shopping to different stores. However we do most of our shopping at Tesco because they offer discounts on top of the club card points which you can redeem as discount voucher.
Hubby almost always buys organic foods which obviously cost more in this part of the world. He doesn’t mind spending more as long as he is sure he’s eating healthy foods. With rising cost of fuels, everything goes up in the shop. So we need to be wise and smart in order to stretch our money.
But of course sometimes we don’t always get the best deal as we don’t really check all stores for the prices before doing the shopping. But thanks to mySupermarket.com which I find very handy because it allows you to compare prices from Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury, and Ocado. Navigation is very easy as you switch from one store to another to compare prices.
As it is with most websites, you need to register to use the service but there’s nothing to worry about because it’s free.
